Programs
The programs for the club are as follows:
- Sept. 17 Welcome Back – Ice Cream and Cookies Social
- Oct. 15: Cider and Donuts, Craft Night: Modge Podge Napkin Plates
- Nov. 19: Dutch Auction
- January 21: Hot Chocolate and Muffins, Meeting at the North Branford Police Department
- Feb. 18: Soup and Bread Night – We will be assembling birthday kits for the Food Pantry
- March 18: Green Desserts, St. Patrick’s Day Dress Up/Social time
- April 15: Debbie Bagley from Cat Tales. As a club we will be collecting Friskies canned cat food as well as pelletized bedding available at Tractor Supply ($7.79 for a 40 lb. bag) to donate.
- May 20: Appetizers, Splashes of Hope
- June 3: End of Year Dinner
District Day
District Day is Saturday, April 11th at the Westbrook Elks Lodge. We hope that you can attend. It will be a fun day at a great location. Please let Elissa know if you can attend. The cost is $45 (the club is picking up $10 of the $55 registration fee). Please let Elissa know by the general assembly meeting if you can attend. The absolute deadline to get the registration to Pam Lerner is March 28th. If you have any crafts or art that you would like to display, please let us know ahead of time.
Photography will be judged at the District Day meeting. Please bring any submissions you might have. We are also collecting toiletry items to put into baskets for the table centerpieces. They will be presented to the speaker from The Umbrella Center of Domestic Violence Services. Please bring items to the meeting if you are able to.
